A lot of this advice brings to mind a couple of points…
- You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t have representation, on either side.
- If you aren’t in a hurry and want the best price for your home… keep it up!
- If you are looking for a deal, look for a deal…
- contact local real estate companies and banks to get their foreclosure lists.
- Search for homes with a low price per square foot compared to comparable properties
