One of my most favorite foods in the world is an old fashioned chocolate sundae. Each time I order my most favorite food in the world, I’m usually asked the same question, “Sir, would you like nuts, whip cream, and a cherry on your sundae?“ Sometimes I hold the nuts, add a chocolate or fudge drizzle, or take the works. We are similar to other, traditional real estate companies in that we list and sell properties as our main line of revenue. But along with the traditional model, we offer our agents the ability to participate in a coalescent (kō-ə-ˈles-int) - a large ’super-team’ that shares income, advertising, and leads for the betterment of the whole. We currently have a coalescent new homes team with coalescent teams forming for commercial real estate and bank-owned properties. This form of super-team gives our agents a grand opportunity for income, listings, and exposure to the community. You certainly don’t have to participate, but if you want it… it’s here for you (just like nuts).
